We will discuss many of the typical categories of reparations (e.g.; restitution, compensation, rehabilitation, satisfaction, and guarantees of non-repetition), who may receive and provide reparations, and a few examples of past programs & some lessons learned. With this in mind, we will then debate the ethical justification for various possible programs that Private Initiatives, Cities, States, and / or the Federal Government should consider in the future.
